Pokemon OC Reference

Ever since Eve was born, she has heard a song. It has is the song of every living thing on the planet, made up with it's innumerable notes and rhythms. She often sings or hums and dances along to the song. She also gets a sort of premonition of what happens next by listening to it. The song can tell Eve a lot about a person, especially if she focuses on one part of it. She often is creepily accurate, and this scares some people. Due to this, she is seen as a freak and weirdo in her hometown of Olivine City.

Eve's parents are both relatively famous and well-off musicians. Her father plays the piccolo, while her mother plays the viola. They think that this song of hers is stupid and childish nonsense, and absolutely abhor singing and dancing of any kind. They have pushed her all her life to play an instrument, and thus hates to play them. She likes listening to them, though. Eve ran away from home at age 10.

She and her Pokemon often put on a performance of sorts, to 'spread the song'.

Eve is the kind of person who speaks before thinking, and this often leads to someone being offended. This was how she ended up getting most of her gym badges, by accidentally insulting the gym leader and then getting dragged off to battle them. Eve also has terrible luck, a bad sense of direction, and is a trouble magnet. She and her Pokemon often end up facing many wild Pokemon due to this combination.

Eve often participates in Pokemon contests and such, but always forfeits after the battle for the winner. She doesn't plan to go into the coordinating cup, so she feels winning would be pointless. She has become somewhat infamous among coordinators for this, a pseudo-legend of sorts. Her reasons for entering are for fun and for her second goal in life.

She has three goals in life; to let everyone on the planet hear the song, to prove oddballs can be just as good as anyone else, and to find out what the song is.

The headphones she wears are not actually for playing music, but rather to block out noise from the outside world, so she can listen to the song better.
